2025 Xiamen International Meat Industry Exhibition — The 23rd China International Meat Industry Exhibition

China International Meat Industry Exhibition (CIMIE) is an international exhibition co-hosted by the International Meat Secretariat (IMS) and the China Meat Association. It is the largest, most professional, and highest-level international event in China’s meat industry. Since its establishment in 2003, the exhibition has been held annually and has been certified by UFI as a top-tier event in the global meat industry.
The 23rd CIMIE will take place from September 15–17, 2025, at the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center. Concurrently, the 2025 National Specialty Agricultural Products Production and Marketing Matchmaking Event will also be held. This year’s exhibition will utilize 15 halls of the venue, covering an exhibition area of nearly 110,000 square meters. More than 2,000 leading enterprises from home and abroad are expected to participate, attracting tens of thousands of professional visitors for business exchanges and cooperation. With its unprecedented scale, the 2025 edition will set a new record in the industry.
The exhibition will showcase the entire meat industry supply chain, including fresh meat, prepared foods, further processed meat products, slaughtering equipment, processing machinery, packaging equipment and materials, food ingredients, cold chain logistics solutions, and environmental protection technologies. During the event, innovative technologies and products in automation, digitalization, and traceability will also be released.
